Tuff Jeff Salen | Back in the late 70's/early 80's Tuff Darts was one of the most popular, influential bands out of the New York punk scene. Founded by guitarist Jeff Salen, who wrote their biggest hit, "All for The Love of Rock 'N' Roll" Tuff Darts has continued to perform locally for the decades that followed while Salen, now known as Tuff Jeff Salen, has also been building himself a reputation as one of the premier blues players in the city. Now, he has recorded his first solo album, The Endless Road, featuring a collection of pop ditties that were the basis of Tuff Darts' musical legacy, a modern reworking of "All for The Love of Rock 'n' Roll", and some personal lyrics that reach deep into all of us. |
